Terms and conditions

1. Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, orders and deliveries of Elegance Brands (KvK 96848081), Maaiveldweg 12, Bergschenhoek. Our webshop is intended exclusively for business customers.

2. Prices

All prices are in euros and exclude VAT and deposit, unless stated otherwise. Prices are only visible to registered business customers and may change without prior notice.

3. Orders

An order is final once it has been confirmed by Elegance Brands. We reserve the right to refuse or partially deliver orders, for example in case of insufficient stock.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative. The risk of the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Complaints about visible defects must be reported upon delivery.

5. Payment

Payment is made according to the agreed payment terms. In case of late payment, Elegance Brands may suspend further deliveries.

6. Deposit

Deposit is charged on products subject to deposit in accordance with the applicable legal deposit scheme.
